Hi Pretties! My name is Emily, and I'm a makeup artist and hairstylist (licensed cosmetologist) from the Midwest. Thank you for checking out my blog, I'm glad you're here. You probably clicked on this to learn a little about me? Well...read on if you're still interested!
What I like: Music, acoustic, lyrics, beer w/ a lot of lime on the side, summer nights and city lights, late night drives, random adventures, road trips, tattoos and laugh attacks! Of course I also love photo shoots, fashion shows and all there is to do within the beauty industry! When it comes down to it, I just want to enjoy my life with the ones I love creating amazing memories and laugh a lot! I am in love with life.
Favorite Movies: My favorite type of movies are horror...and my all time favorite movie is The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003). Other movies I love are 10 things I hate about you, SAW Series, Chucky Series, Friday the 13th, Titanic, The Hills Have Eyes etc.
Favorite Music: I love all kinds of music! Cliche, but true. I don't only like ONE style.. I like all kinds of genres...what gets me are the lyrics. I'm a sucker for good lyrics. Music has taught me more than anything else in life has, and I depend on it more than I depend on anything else to get me through the good, the bad, the sad etc. I like music that I can relate to. I love acoustic though. I could listen to just the sound of acoustic all night. I also love some country! Some artists I adore are Jimmy Eat World, A Day to Remember, Emery, Go Radio, Mayday Parade, Taylor Swift (don't judge!), Florida Georgia Line, Brantley Gilbert, Theory of A Deadman, Five Finger Death Punch, The Wonder Years, Funeral for A Friend, Dance Gavin Dance, Bury Your Dead and SO much more. I love everything from acoustic, to pop punk, to rock, to metal to country to jazz. I also have a secret obsession with Phil Collins <3. He is a musical master!
